In 2000, Patty started a small property management and real estate company-Davis Real Estate inc. A family and woman-owned business for over the past two decades, we have grown into one of the largest property management companies in the area, serving residents and real estate investors. Patty ensures that we never lose our focus on the integrity upon which we were founded. Patty enjoys her grandchildren and visiting her son in North Carolina, who is also in Real Estate Development.

Megan grew up in the property management and real estate business. At a young age she went on showings with her mom and listened to the real estate talk around the home. She has invested in local real estate and enjoys working with Owners and Investors. She also has a successful career as a Realtor and enjoys both aspects of the real estate industry. When not working, she is busy raising her four children and traveling when possible.
Stephanie Johnson » Property Manager
Stephanie holds a real estate license and truly enjoys finding solutions to difficult dilemmas. Problems do not last long as she loves to solve them. She is responsible for ensuring the overall success of our owner-clients and residents. Outside of the office you will find her spending time with her two children and husband.
Sierra McCaffery » Resident Services Coordinator
Sierra is the go-to person for handling tenants questions for move outs, including utilities, and the move out process. Our residents are fortunate to have her working alongside them to assist with making their move out a smooth one.
